A month before Christmas
A few more days before Christmas and I know you are all excited for some reasons. Kids for the gifts, teens for the party, 8-5 employee for the Christmas raffles and of course who will forget – BONUS. These are only minor things that make us excited and thrilled whenever the Christmas Time is coming. But above all we must never forget the true essence of Christmas, a special day for spreading LOVE and HAPINESS. We all have different ways of celebrating this special day. But as we talk about the celebration let us first discuss the preparation. Back in my teenage days whenever Christmas is coming I’m always preparing my Christmas wish list. A toy, new pair of shoes, new gap shirt and a Christmas date J. In terms of buying gifts for my relatives and friends I always make sure I’ve allocated budget for gift two months before Christmas. Afterwards, purchasing a personalized gift one by one so that I will not cram when right time come.
Moreso, you will also notice the big red discount banner for gift items a few months before Christmas. I guess supermalls and gift boutique could smell these need easily, and they are using this once in a year chance to invite more buyers for the popular gift item. Another avenue to save a bit on Christmas budget for consumers and at the same time a good season to do business for the shopping malls/ gift stores. There are also online shopping coupons which you can effectively use saving you extra bucks in case you will buy your gift online. That’s all folks, wishing you Merry Christmas in advance and always remember, celebrate Christmas but please don’t OVERSPEND. J
