Kuwait offers 45 Day Amnesty for Illegal Expat
Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah declared a 45 day amnesty that took effect on September 1 and will end on October 15 this year. The 45 day grace period will allow the illegal expat to legalize their stay or leave the country without paying a fine.
