SSS Contribution Inquiry System
If you can’t get your SSS Contribution detail via SSS Online Inquiry System because SSS is doing their system maintenance work, you can also try their Text-SSS short messaging service which is available for Globe, Smart and Talk ‘N Text subscribers. Text fee per inquiry is P2.50.
Text-SSS is a SMS-based information service system that allows SSS members to inquire about their number of contributions, status of loan applications, salary loan payment period and loan balances using text messaging.
This another option to get SSS information without visiting an SSS office.
To receive updates on contributions, the member should key in the following text message, filling in the appropriate information for SSS number and date of birth:

Please Note:
- The member should ensure that the SSS number keyed-in is 10 digits long, and does not contain any hyphens. (e.g. 0123456789)
- Date of birth used is June 7,1965 for example should be keyed-in as 06071965 to follow the month-day-year format.

I just tried the SMS system. I’m using Globe. It gave me the message – “Sorry this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

my husband died and I got a copy of my husband contribution by sss, as far as I know he was a member of sss soon after he become a member… But unfortunately the record of sss of his contribution dated year 1991 to 2006 0nly. My question is where is the 12years of contribution?

I’d love to have the old system back. I dont even understand what SBR means. I’ve been trying to register for a month now and the system always reject my registration. And this new system is very slow.. I can rarely connect to the registration page and I have a DSL connection..

why is it very difficult to have a contribution thru text, i have always typed the right code and yet the reply is always a wrong keyword. i followed it step by step and yet its always the same result, NOTHING.

Like:that SSS and Philhealth has a connection somehow, because the print-out of the SSS Contribution is required by Philhealth thus automatically when the an SSS retiring member applies for SSS pension he should be given a copy of the complete contribution to SSS.
I am thinking about the old, computer illeterate Filipinos who are being told by the frontliner in the Philhealth office to go to the internet cafe near their of office, contact SSS and download the form. Very inconsiderate treatment of the Filipino citizens.

Nagdududa ako na may kalokohan na itong pagkawala ng online contribution inquiry kasi sinasabi rito na puedemg mag inquire by text thru globe or smart 2.50 ang charge. Sinubukan ko pero walang epek dahil sinagot lang ako ng machine na error at goodbye ang 2.50. Maliit lang na pera pero mahalaga na para sa akin kasi ordinaryong mamayan ako at ang pera ay pinagpaguran ko.
walang kwenta na SSS, til now wala pa yung Digitized ID ko..hanggang kelan pa kayo maayos ang for repair na machine na yan…!!!!

I have been looking in the internet and other sources about the services of the SSS because I need to know my right if I assumed a property from an SSS member. I bought the house way bay in 1994 and has made communication with the said government agency right after the deed of sale and deed of assumption of mortgage was signed. Since the SSS office was transferring then, the records of the original borrower were not immediately found but they have sent communication with us that the said loan will be transacted to me and not the original borrower.3 years ago, I had the house rented, for 3 years this renter did not pay her rent because she said i was not the legal owner of the house becuase the account with SSS was not updated. Because of this, i made myself available to go to SSS and straighten the records. It was then that I learned that the original borrower made inquiries of re-selling the house to the renter of the house who already paid double of the amount I paid her when I assumed mortgage. I would like to konw if this is legal?
I already paid and applied for the condonation program of the SSS for the house and updated my account, as well as submitted to SSS the Deed of Sale and Deed of Assumption of Mortgage signed in 1994. what is my right?
About the renter can I legally collect from her the 3 years of unpaid rent?

I am very much disappointed with your online services. I’ve been trying to log on to your system but all the time its out of service. SSS should have fix the problem. We are here in abroad where in, lots of OFW have no other source of accessing their monthly contribution but through internet. But so disappointing. Don’t you know that; to be able to encourage more OFW’s to activate their existing but inactive contribution through SSS; good and accurate service from SSS should be provided to each members ? But you seems don’t care about your customer’s abroad. It’s been a very long long problem here in UAE. But noone bother to solve the issue. I hope that this message will reach the good office of the SSS president, so that he would immediately find ways to solve our problem here.

Gusto ko lang i clarify kung bakit nag e earn ng interest ang loan ko e for all i know it is payable for 2 or 3 years (eitheir of the 2) e kung tutuusin e advance pa nga ako ng bayad kasi nung nag resign ako sa work ko e hindi ko na kinuha ang seperation pay ko kasi i informed my previous employer na ihulog na lang sa SSS para nga sa loan ko.
Sana may makapag clarify nito sakin coz now i am under voluntary contribution.
and how long will it takes bago ma post sa SSS system yung contribution kasi nagpahulog nako ng for the month of july, august and sept before the end of sept but until now di pa sya nakapost?

Hi! sa lahat po na nagcomment dito. magregister na lang po kayo.Para makapag login po kayo.Bago po kayo magregister basahin nyo muna yong FAQ nila para hindi po kayo magkamali sa pag fill up nyo.Minsan po kasi may nakakalitong tanong doon lalo na yong address1 and address 2.
