Check Your SSS Contribution with SSS Online System
Update:
SSS had updated their online inquiry system. To be able to view the static information SSS member needs to register to their system before he/she can start using the SSS online inquiry.

Three years ago when I was still working in local company in Philippines, I have no direct access to my SSS contribution. For 5 years of working as a Product Development Engineer in Hayawaka (EPZA, Rosario Cavite) I can only see the SSS deduction in my payslip every 15 days. Should I need to check my contribution I must go to the nearest SSS office, or consult our SSS liason officer to verify the actual amount of my SSS which is very tiresome that requires lots of leg work.
Imagine the feeling of seeing SSS deduction twice a month without a proof if it is indeed added to your SSS account or not. Now add the media coverage of employers who are violating the SSS law. I tell you the feeling is uncomfortable. I’m lucky my previous company, Hayakawa doesn’t belong to these deliquent employers as reported in the news.
If at that time local employee like me is hesitant on the SSS contribution, how much more for the Overseas Filipino Worker SSS members? Trully it is more frightening as they are remiting a portion of their money blindly for the future security.
I’m glad that today, there is more assurance. With the availability of SSS online system, Filipino overseas can easily track their contribution. Premium SSS is available online and any SSS member who have internet access that can connect to SSS web page can simply see their premium contribution, how much have their contributed and so on. Here is the SSS online inquiry access page.
Lets supposed that you log on to the SSS online system, Inside the SSS online inquiry system, you’ll see the employee static information. Here you can see your SSS coverage, claim flag, and other important detail. Click the “Actual Premium” to check your actual number of contributions and total number of contributions in tabular form.
If you are a Flexi-Fund member you can also see your active fund here. By the way, Flexi Fund is the fund offer for Filipino Overseas that will accumulate certain amount tax free. I’l blog about SSS Flexi-fund later. There is Loan Status tab, Benefit Claims, eligibility and more.
If you are an SSS member and havn’t use the SSS online inquiry system yet then I highly recommend to log on in that site when you have time. Just to make sure if your previous employer really contributed the SSS. I heard that lot of employers were sued by SSS due to not paying the employees contribution. Who knows maybe your employer is one of them ..

Here is what I got from the SSS announcement section:
“The SSS Web Site will not be accessible starting 6:00 pm of June 10 to June 11, 2008 due to system maintenance works. The Enhanced SSS Web Site will be operational on June 12, 2008″
ng post kau available na ang website nyo june 12 and onwards. why until now nde parin ako mka inquire sa contribuiton ko..

Sir/Madam,Pls. ayasin nyo po sss online website, paano namin makita ang hulog namin andito kami sa overseas, kailan bigyan ng solution ‘to? at kung mg check naman kami sa branch nang sss nyo grabe naman ang pila umaga hanggang hapon… please parang awa nyo na…ayusin nyo naman serbisyo nyo nakakahiya kayo sa ibang bansa…
Sa mga OFWs na need mag inquire about their SSS contri you can also use their Text-SSS Online Inquiry
but because you are outside PHilippines, you must use your Globe, or Smart Roaming Sim Card..
Pero pag uwi down ang lahat ng site para sa information regarding SSS.
Bwisit! sayang lang ang pamasahe ang taas pa naman, anong silbi ng opisina nyo kung pagpunta mo rito ay sabihin sayo “: i check mo sa computer ang hinahanap mo” anong klaseng serbisyo to. Ang taray pa ng Clerk na to. Nang tanungin kung saan magbabayad may katarayang sumagot: ” sa bangko” na may pang iinsinsulto. gasinong inasikaso ka man lamang ng ilang minuto para maayos mo ang babayaran mo. Nasayang lang pati panahon mo. Inutil!!

homaygas!!!!tsk,tsk,tsk,anu ba yan??na open ko na yung my sss page using the computer generated password na padala ng sss,pero hindi naman ma open ang online inquiry page sus!napakabagal pa,intay ka ng intay na mag open tapos lalabas eh the page can not be open.talo sa oras.try ko na lang ulit bukas,installment siguro.goodluck na lang sa inyo mga kabayan,wala tayung ibang choice.

Yes, gumagana for me at na-oopen ko ‘yung Online Inquiry. May lumalabas na blue bar na “Click here to continue”. Pag-click ko doon, makikita ko na ‘yung info ko. Tapos sa itaas, nandoon na rin mga tab options na ‘Benefits’, ‘Loans’ etc.
Di ko talaga alam kung bakit ayaw gumana sa iba. I just did it a few minutes ago and checked the loan status of my Mom. Kasi kapag siya nag-try, hindi daw siya makapasok sa ‘Online Inquiry’ katulad na nangyayari sa inyo na may lumalabas na ‘Page cannot be displayd.”

Frederick, di ko rin alam ang SBR ko pero ginamit ko ung 15 characters remittance referance number na inihulog ko 1 year ago and nai-register ko naman ung aking account.

ricardo, glad to hear na nakarating ka na sa may “blue bar”. One step to go ka na lang. ‘Pag-work iyan, “Employee Static Information” screen na makikita mo. Doon mas marami nang i-ki-click like Benefits and Member Info, Loan Status, etc. Hopefully naman hindi rin installment ang bigay nila.

I agree sa mga comment ng ating readers and I hope that SSS will make their site more user-friendly and that online transaction or SSS online inquiry navigation should have made easier.
Email was already sent to the sss email address mentioned above and sad thing is wala pong sumasagot sa email… I hope someone from the top rank of SSS realize the SSS online inquiry navigation problem or SSS online inquiry connection problem.
I think we should shout louder so they(the officer of SSS) can hear and realize this SSS online problem.
when I sign up or register as an SSS member around 45 minutes bago ko na receive ung generated password from SSS. kung after 45 minutes di pa rin ma receive I think you should check your bulk mail or spam mail- maari na filter sya ng iyon email
I have been monitoring my Mom’s loan status for her dahil hindi nga siya makapasok. Everyday kasi ay nadadagdagan ‘yung penalty niya dahil hindi pa nakapost lahat ng binayad niya. Tapos ngayon, di ko na rin ma-access. Naku, baka next time pag-check ko ay sobrang laki ng itinaas ng utang niya! Ano ba naman iyan, parang harap-harapang pandaraya na ito ah!
anu bang meron at computer nyo at parang iilan pa lang kayong nakaka access sa entire website ng SSS?baka may system requirements na kailangan paki post naman.
