In a study of 5,402 homeschool students from 1,657 families conducted in 1997 it turns out that homeschoolers, on the average, out-performed their counterparts by 30 to 37 percentile points in all subjects. The result was published in the book entitled, “Strengths of Their Own: Home Schoolers Across America.” A clear indication of the the importance of in-house tutoring for kids preparing for the exam.
