Filipino Food: Pork Kilawin Recipe
It’s been a long time since I lost post here about Filipino Food. Yes, I’m also sharing here Pinoy Food that Filipinos abroad surely craves. There is this Philippine Longanisa, or what Nueva Ecijano proudly termed “Batotay“. We also have here the Tulis Silog (tuyo dilis sinangag at itlog), a master piece of Dino Datu which I spotted in the Cook magazine - Feb 2007 issue. Who will also forget the tasty Sardines.
Today’s Filipino Food is Pork Kilawin. Best match with cold beer. Since Ednaleen, sister of mine and the blogger behind Life Away from Home already written an article about this pinoy cuisine I will just point you to her site and check her version of the Pork Kilawin. Do you want to cook it? Head on to her site and see her Pork Kilawin Recipe.
