Filipino Taste on Indian Cuisine - Chicken Beryani
To reduce the food expense cost we usually bring our lunch in office and we are doing it from Saturday to Wednesday. But THURSDAY is a special day, we call it “GAstos DAy” heheh. Want to know more why? then read on and continue clicking.
What makes Thursday different to other ordinary day? If you want to know the reason why, then read on and continue you mouse rolling and clicking..
First, this is the where we can go home early.. usually we are working 8:00am to 5:00pm and during Thursday our working time is 8:00am to 4:30pm, mayron namang 30 mins difference in preparation for the upcoming weekend. (in Kuwait, Friday is our day-off )
Second, this is the “gastos” day. Either a lunch out around 5 mins away from our office, or a “free” lunch sponsored by lucky colleague.
Last, this is our Beryani Day!..this is an Indian dish that we usually order? It looks like our sinangag and grilled chicken plus curry sauce. Hehehe.. Ok Below is the snapshot of
the serving taken by mobile, it speaks a thousand word so imagine what you can imagine there - you can see there a yellow rice, with mixed vegetable and some barks i think, then a sauce taste like our curry sauce and a vegetable salad. By the way price per serving is 850 fils (about 140 Php) softdrinks included.
