How I regain my PR in one week
Are you one among the thousand and one posties whose blog’s page rank was penalized by the big Google? Do you want to regain you PR?
If you do, then this post might be useful to you. With a little research and tweaking you may have your lovely Page Rank to as early as one week. Yes! one week. But take note, getting your PR in just one week is not guaranteed because it actually depends how google will deal with your PR slapped site. If google retain your PR in such a short time thank you very much!, however, google may reinstate it after 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or maybe months - who knows. The most important is you regain your PR no matter how early or how long it is.
So here they are. One week after I completed the steps below, Google gave back my PR.
Read the Matt’s post about pass page rank That is a very long post with lots of comments so prepare yourself for a lenghty read. Matt’s article and discussion will help you understand how and why google penalize site that sell text link or doing a paid post. He also discussed text links and page ranks here. If you have time you could pay it a visit as well. Add nofollow attribute. For the paid links, add rel="nofollow" attribute. The paid link with the no follow atribute will look like this: <a href=http://www.ofwlayf.com rel="nofollow">paid link</a> Just make sure that you understand the TOS regarding nofollow of the company where you are doing your paid post first before you decide to apply the atribute. Weigh the consequences and if you really want to gain your PR back, its either you delete the existing paid posts in your blog or you affix a nofollow attribute with the paid links. Request for reconsideration explaining the changes you made to remove the penalty. You must have a google webmaster account to submit a request for reconsideration. The site that you want to be reconsidered should also be verified first. You can verify it by adding a code that will be provided in the google webmaster dashboard. Before filing a reconsideration request, make sure you have completely cleaned up your website. A single paid link on any of your web pages will let the penalty in effect. Now all you to do is wait until google review your blog. This normally takes a week or maybe longer depending on the bulk of reconsideration request submitted to them. Hope the approach I’ve shared here works for you. If it does, let me so readers could also learn from it.
