OFW LIFE BLOG got new accessories
The last time I touch OFWLAYF blog layout and look is last month, I’ve spent lonnnggggg time deciding how this blog would appear until I got frustated and gave up to appear it in this way. Yesterday, I can’t resist my desire again to add some decorations in my blog 
… If you are a regular visitor of ofwlayf I think you have notice some changes that I made, some I added because of the inspiration i got from other nice looking blogs I thought would be cool to add in this blog as well, others are for observation and experimentation purposes.
Here are the new accessories I just added in my blog:
Favicon
Favicon is the shortcut for “favorite icon”, this is the small image shown at the left part of the url. The favicon I use is this , which is the result of the autogenerated ico file online. A detailed instruction on how to do this I will blog later.
Cbox
Visiting other blog sites I observe that most of them installed a chatbox. Installation is as easy as ABC and you have your cbox running in 5 mins..:) The idea of installing a cbox sounds like a good idea because i think it will help to improve interaction with the reader. It is also a best place for visitor to leave comments not related to the post article. In other blog however, i notice that some visitors are using the cbox to take advantage of dropping a comment and promoting their link. Anyhow, I still installed the shoutbox and will keep it there for observation and experimentation purposes. If you want to say something not related to this article then you can leave comment there, otherwise let us here your thought by commenting at this post if you have something to say about this article.
Recent Comments
The main reason why I added this widget is to encourage my visitor in dropping comment in my post. That’s it! no more no less. I’m thankful that I have met fellow blogger/friend out there who are always taking their time to leave comment in my post but if not maybe all my post will have zero comment 
. So I think its about time to have a move in adding some widget or programs to encourage my readers to interact more in this blog. By the way, you can see the recent comment blogger hack in action at ther right side just below the CBOX… a zillion thanks to beatifulbeta for providing the widget code, making it easier to install this cool feature with simple instructions and clicks.
Of course blogging customization will not end here, still I want many things to do with my blog and for sure I will be sharing you all the updates so be sure to return whenever you have time online.
I’m also starting a new content category dedicated to cater topics related to blogger optimization. On this category you’re gonna find cool and useful blogger hacks, features and articles I personally tried and used in this blog so stay tuned!
To do list:
arrange category in chronological orderapply label cloud hack or a much user friendly post category- lovelink
- rotating banner widget and feature my blog roll link
- move all the money making link to new blog
add most popular post- add top commentators widget
I just mentioned my soon-to-be blog features, among them think #7 is the challenging one coz to date, i havnt found yet any blog hack that will give top commentators widget in blogger platform but in wordpress this plug-in is already available

observe ka nga lately mdyo konti lang ang update blog mo pero.. its OK.. lahat naman ng post mo is interesting..eh.
i think i would get my own domain pag nag shift na ako sa money making blog.. hihihih.. sideline laang…
sana makatulong sa ating kapwa blogger ang mga ipag po post ko rito .. specially sa mga tulad nating “blogspot” pa rin ang gamit na platform.. nakaka challenge kasi and isa pa.while im experimenting.. eh natuto rin ako ng kung ano ano…:)

grabe ang sipag mo naman! syempre its good to have a good layout di ba? as in nakaka-adik ba? amazed nga ako sa mga pinapasyalan ko at isa ka na dun. ako kse walang masyadong alam dyan & too little time to explore kaya napaka-plain lang ng site ko hehe.
i once considered having my own domain but set aside the idea right away. i cant even post regularly nga eh & yeah, cant even fix my layout so never mind!
im sure i’ll learn a lot here. thanks!
