Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) Online Service for OFWs
POEA launched another cyber facility that will allow OFW to apply Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) online. With the new online service OFW don’t have to go to the POEA to apply for OEC, they may do it now web based and wait for their OEC delivered right to their doorstep.
Travel Exit Clearance is a clearance issued by POEA to OFWs who will leave Philipines for employment purpose. OFWs with working visa/employment contracts will be allowed to leave the Philippines only if they have a POEA travel exit clearance. Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) is an example of Travel Exit Clearance for OFWs.

How to apply online for POEA Travel Exit Clearance (OEC) ?
- Log on to: www.oecdeliver.com.ph
- Select the “Apply Now” button to accomplish the online OFW information sheet;
- Select the “Submit” button and print the OFW information sheet on two sheets of long bond paper;
- Prepare photocopies of supporting documents as listed in page 2 of printed OFW info sheet (such as passport and visa);
- Submit printed OFW info sheet, supporting documents and fees to any 2Go Branch / Aboitiz (nationwide);
- The travel exit clearance (OEC) will be delivered to OFW. No need to go to POEA.
This is another online service that will surely saves time for OFWs who are applying for OEC.

Bakit pag click ang submit ayaw pabalik balik sa Delivery City. okey naman nilagay ko. nk ilang ulit na ako. ayusin ninyo muna website ninyo. Mas mabuti pa ip download ninyo sa amin ang form para fill up namin para madala sa branch ninyo.

Nasubukan ko na itong proseso na ito at ok naman. Ibinalik pa nila ang sobra kong bayad kasi valid pa pala ang OWWA membership ko. I’m planning to do the same process again this vacation. @ dandy-click mo lang kahit anong city sa Manila at papasok yan sigurado.

kuha ng oec mga 2 wiks or 1 wik before ng vacation mo. valid lang kc un ng 2 months e. ung owwa member k ng overseas worker tapos ung oec e katunayan n nag wowork k abrod. bale papakita mo s airport ung oec mo pabalik s bansang pinapasukan mo katibayan n balik manggagawa k.

meorn akong mga kasama na paunta dito sa doha nahirapan daw sila kumuha ng oec sa poea pwede ko ba silang kuhanan dito sa owwa or phil. embassy doha? thanks

d ko alam kung anong breakdwn ng POEA sa balik maggagawa ko… b4 i paid only 1900pesos OEC ko.. then now P6,461.50..(POAE-4,369.20; OWWA-1,092.30; PHIC-900) napakalaking difference f u consider it..

OEC? What a rubbish rule for the OFW’s?!!!!!!!!!!! In other countries, they do not have such rule like that!!!!! What the government wants is fucking money from us!!!!!!!

wala akong employment contract na bago, pero binigyan ako ng Employer ko ng Certficate Employment na on going ang contract ko nasa vacation ako ngayon accept kaya yun sa POEA kahit wala pa contract may Visa naman ako at return ticket.?
