Update on the Credit Card Payment Error with Paypal
Remember my rant on the Authorization Failed Error on my paypal account well I’m happy to inform you that my paypal problem is gone. I can now do my online transaction without error. I use my paypal and I successfully completed the online registration for my new NDS & PSP game site soon to be launched.
What I’ve done to reinstate my account? nothing complicated actually, I just fired a ticket request to the costumer support. After one day, I receive answer from paypal about my credit card error.

After reviewing your account, I do see that a few payments had run into our Internal Security Program, which measures whether or not a payment can successfully complete with a certain funding source. Since this is the case, you will need to use an alternative funding source to complete this payment, such as a credit card or bank account. I apologize for this inconvenience. This is just a way in which we can protect both the buyer and seller.
I hope you have future success with your online transactions. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and wish you continued success on PayPal.

Based on the reply above, it appears that the credit card error in my pay pal is because I’ve done consecutive paypal transaction that could have triggered their internal security program resulting to the Authorization Failed Error: This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time”.
To those who are still receiving this paypal error with your credit card, please try to email their support. If they didn’t get back to you you may try calling PayPal Phone Number – 402-938-3570.
